Presentation Instructions
Research Track and Industrial & Applications Track Papers
- Each paper is allocated 17 minutes total, which includes the presentation, Q&A, and transition time. As a guideline, please plan for 13-14 minutes of presentation followed by 2-3 minutes for questions. Session chairs will enforce timing to ensure a smooth program.
- Please arrive at your session room at least 10-15 minutes before your session starts and introduce yourself to the session chair. We recommend bringing your slides in PDF format for compatibility. Presentation laptops will be provided in each room.
- There is no strict requirement on slide format, but please ensure that slides are clear, readable, and suitable for a broad audience.
- During your talk, please adhere strictly to the allotted time and leave room for Q&A. The next presenter should be ready to set up during the final minute of Q&A to allow for quick transitions between talks.
- All Research Track papers are also expected to present a poster during the assigned poster session.
